SYNOPSIS
We talk about university life in Cuba and the role universities play in Cuba’s civic movement. We reflect on the processes of ideological and political segregation that take place in Cuban institutions of higher learning. And we explore some important aspects of student history: protests, academic autonomy and academic freedom.
